Pay
- The Trust offers national terms and conditions in line with the School Teacher’s Pay and Conditions document (for teachers) or the NJC Green Book (for associate staff).
- Auto enrolment into a pension scheme: Teacher’s Pension Scheme or Local Government Pension Scheme.
