The Yorkshire Rose Teaching Partnership aspires to invest in people and our community.

We have facilitated the Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) course since 2015 across our Trust family of schools. This bespoke training route means that applicants have to be employed within a school and have the support of their Headteacher when applying for the course. During 2024/25, our trainees worked in primary and secondary schools across Batley Multi Academy Trust.
