Welcome to
The Trust at the heart of the Batley community
The Yorkshire Rose Teaching Partnership launched in 2013. Over this time, we have supported 300 trainees, 75 of those transitioned into working across our Trust family of schools. We have a record number of 36 Early Career Teachers currently in place, supported by our strategic partner, the Calderdale and Kirklees Teaching School Hub.
The Yorkshire Rose Teaching Partnership delivers bespoke training packages to candidates on the PGCE & QTS routes, Primary and Secondary Teaching Apprenticeships, HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) career pathways as well as general Apprenticeship and other adult education training courses.
Our key partners are Trinity Institute of Education, Leeds Beckett University, Leeds Trinity University and a range of local schools. We also work with Exceed SCITT, the Primary Apprenticeship teaching route, as well as the new secondary PGCE courses.
Recruitment for September 2026 is now open. Find out more about how to apply here.
We will be recruiting in May 2026 for training places for the Aspire to Educate /HLTA training course starting in September 2026.
