Batley Multi Academy Trust

The Trust at the heart of the Batley community

Why work at Batley Multi Academy Trust?

Our Trust family of schools have a collective vision to ensure that all our young people receive a first-class education coupled with the very best care, guidance and support. We work hard, across our Trust family, to raise the aspirations of our young people, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds so that no child is left behind, ever.

As a Trust we are fully invested in our colleagues, as we know that; people really do, make places. We are also committed to the development of all members of our staff team and recognise that the success of our schools is thanks to the creative, talented and forward-thinking colleagues who work within our teams.

The hopes and aspirations of our young people are best served when the adults work together to ensure those dreams become a reality. In our Trust we see our schools as being at the very heart of our community, and we have a key role in making a positive difference in children's lives and ensuring our young people are well prepared for adult life.

If you share these values and believe you can make a positive difference, please have a look at our vacancies. We may have the perfect role for you, and you may be a great fit for our team and our Trust family of schools.
